What will a ticket for visitors cost?
only 2,- Euro*

*free for kids under 18 years

What is the aim of art fair Rostock?
We offer a platform for regional art at socially acceptable, fair prices. This sets us apart from other established art fairs. We don't want degrees or finances to determine whether someone can exhibit their art, so we've created an opportunity for exhibiting ourselves. Artists can apply directly, no need to be represented by a gallery.

How many artists will be shown
at the 1st art fair Rostock?
50 artists with their art
at our location + round about 100 digital
artworks on a big screen

When is the artists' setup time?
the day before (Thursday, Sept. 3rd 2026)

Can my art be delivered?
No, unfortunately that's not possible. Setup and delivery is for everyone the day before (more details via email).

More assembly requirements
• please bring your own tables, chairs, and any pedestals (on Sept. 3rd 2026)!
• deliver your artworks ready to hang or framed (on Sept. 3, 2026)! • there will be a small(!) storage area (in case anyone shout arrive without a car)

Who can apply?
• you are at least 18 years old
• at least for 1 year active as artist
• you at least created 10 artworks
• optional: already did 1-2 exhibitions
• optional: already sold 1-2 artworks
• optional: already visited an art fair
or even participated in one

We want to give at least 50% of the booth space to regional artists. The other 50% are completly free, you can apply from anywhere, nationally and internationally.

Which forms of art are accepted?
category A:
• analogue art
(you are there with your art)
painting, graphic, drawing, etching, screen printing, illustration, graffity, installation, plastic, sculpture, photography, mixed media
(everything allowed, but only original art, art prints like postcards or posters are only accepted in addition)

some more infos for anlogue art:
• smallest accepte size 30 x 40 cm
• biggest accepted size: 1,50 m x 1,50 m
• all framed or on canvas, ready to hang
Delivery on the day of assembly (sept. 3rd 2026,
times wil be send via e-mail)! • If you need tables or pedestals for sculptures, lease let us know in the registration form!

category B:
• digital art
(no showroom, no need to be there in person, just send your art)
painting, graphic, drawing, illustration, photography, graffiti, mixed media
(no KI/ AI-art!)

What are the prices for the exhibitors?
category A:
• analogue art
show box: 150,- Euro inkl. MwSt.
(3 m x 1 m, for all 3 days)

If you don't get along with 3 m, please book "amount 2"
(for 6 m x 1 m) in the registration form!

category B:
• digital art
per artwork 30,- Euro inkl. MwSt.
(no showroom, but your artwork will be shown all 3 days, in digital, on a big screen)

maximum of 5 artworks per artist allowed
